Returns

We offer a 14-day return window. That means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you withdraw from your purchase, you are responsible for the direct cost of shipping the items back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you have questions about a return, email amen@jesus-saves-bro.com with your order number in the subject line. Example: “Return #1001.”

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items can’t be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.

European Union - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As noted above, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10–14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
